A truly amazing summer salad that is just packed with flavour and textures. Even the more demanding eater will enjoy this salad as it’s healthy but won’t leave you starving.

Healthy, easy to make and so delicious. This is a great Sunday lunch if you want to keep it light andfresh. Serve it as a side on BBQ to amaze your guests or as a starter. Either way you will not be disappointed.

Ostrich meat is a fantastic alternative to beef. Not only is the meat extremely lean and low in cholesterol it, in my opinion, has a much more balanced taste. Play around with ingredients and step away from the classic recipes for stake. Have it with a mango salad and chillies for example. The below recipe is simple and easy to cook. The sweet and sour taste of the onions used in this recipe are a perfect match for the rich taste of the ostrich meat
